Usually used in various mines and rock excavation projects such as national defense, transportation, hydropower station and so on.

There are some shortcomings in the split drilling rig and the entire crawler drilling rig, that can not integrate such functions as high flexibility, small size, high personnel security into one device. So the drilling efficiency for gas extraction is lowered and the drilling rig has a poor adaptability under complex drilling field and mines. The split crawler drilling rig is a new type of drilling and construction equipment for gas extraction. Due to its split and crawler structure, this new-type rig owns small size, flexible underground mobility, and workers can stay away from the orifice and the host to realize control and operation of drilling. Q: Why is it difficult to start the drilling rig in winter?

A: It is not only determined by its own technical conditions, but also affected by the external temperature. It is more difficult to start at low temperature in winter, mainly due to the following reasons:

(1) In winter, the climate is cold, the ambient temperature is low, the oil viscosity increases, and the friction resistance of all moving parts increases, which reduces the starting speed and makes it difficult to start.

(2) The capacity of the storage battery decreases with the decrease of temperature, further reducing the starting speed.

(3) As the starting speed decreases, the leakage of compressed air increases, and the heat dissipation of cylinder wall increases, the temperature and pressure of the air at the end of compression is greatly reduced, which increases the delay period of diesel ignition, and even cannot burn in serious cases.

(4) The viscosity of diesel oil at low temperature increases, which reduces the injection speed. In addition, the swirl speed, temperature and pressure of air at the end of compression are relatively low, which makes the atomization quality of diesel oil injected into the cylinder poor. It is difficult to quickly form a good combustible gas with the air and ignite in time, or even cannot ignite, resulting in starting difficulties.

 

Q: What are the conditions for good starting performance of drilling rig?

A: (1) There shall be sufficient starting speed. High starting speed, less gas leakage in the cylinder, short time for compressed air to transfer heat to the cylinder wall, and less heat loss make the gas temperature and pressure at the end of compression increase. Generally, the required speed is 1_ 0_ 0_ r_/_ m_ i_ n_ above.

(2) The sealing of the cylinder is good. This can further reduce air leakage and ensure that the gas has sufficient combustion temperature and pressure at the end of compression. The compression pressure of the cylinder shall not be less than 8% of the standard value_ 0_%_。

(3) It is required that the fit clearance between the engine and the running parts is appropriate and well lubricated.

(4) The battery shall have sufficient starting capacity and the technical condition of starting circuit shall be normal.

(5) The starting oil quantity shall meet the requirements, the injection quality shall be good, and the injection advance angle shall meet the requirements.
