OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1 Operation method: spraying, coating or extrusion.
2 Operating temperature: 160-180ºC.
3 Glue viscosity can be adjusted by changing the temperature.
4 Mixing with other glues is not allowed
5 The cover of hot melt tanks should be closed to prevent the adhesive from being contaminated.
6 If the downtime is more than 1 hour, the temperature of the glue melting equipment should be adjusted below 120℃, or the glue should be drained and the power should be turned off.

STORAGE
Hot melt adhesive is usually packed in Kraft paper bags with waterproof liner,It should be stored in cool and dry conditions .Storage temperature should not exceed 40℃and humidity should not exceed 45%.Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 24 months.
Safety Precautions:
No health hazards are expected when hot melt adhesive is in solid form. However, once melted it is a hot molten plastic that can cause severe burns. Appropriate safety precautions should be used,including insulated hand protection and safety goggles . If the molten plastic comes in contact with your skin, cool the affected area immediately with cold water. Do not try to remove the plastic from the skin.
